Hal Fetner

Under Hal’s direction, Fetner Properties has become one of the most well-respected real estate companies in New York. Always on the forefront of the residential real estate industry, Hal has earned the reputation as one of the most sustainable builders in the city, with multiple LEED® Gold residential buildings to his name. Hal focuses on affordable and market rate housing and is currently developing three ambitious new projects in New York City.

A proud alumnus of Syracuse University, Hal serves on the University’s Board of Trustees, is Chair of the Facilities Committee at the University, and a member of the University’s Whitman School of Management Advisory Council and the Whitman Real Estate Advisory Board. Dedicated to providing opportunities for future generations of Syracuse students, Hal established the Fetner Program fund, a scholarship at the Whitman School for students pursuing sustainability, and created the Fetner Sustainability Series as well as the Fetner Prize in Sustainable Enterprise.Hal sits on the Board of Governors and the Executive Board of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and is on the Board of Trustees of the Citizens Budget Commission — a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization pursuing constructive change in the finances and services of New York City and State.

Hal graduated from the Whitman School of Management, and subsequently earned a Juris Doctor from New York Law School. In 1988 Hal took on the role of CEO at Fetner Properties as the third generation to take the helm. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Joe Hynes, special prosecutor of the State of New York.

Damon Pazzaglini

Damon joined Sidney Fetner Associates in 1999, and was named Chief Operating Officer in 2007. He is responsible for overseeing acquisition and development activities for the company, including finance, construction and deal structure of new developments.

Since joining the company, Damon has built more than 1,000 units of Manhattan 80/20 rental housing and 450 units of condominiums. His rental projects include the Epic, the Victory and 1214 Fifth Avenue, and his for-sale projects include 1212 Fifth Avenue. He also helped acquire the note and fee for 855 Sixth Avenue with development rights of 500,000 square feet, and acquired the debt on a waterfront site on Vernon Boulevard in Long Island City with 900,000 square feet of potential development.

Damon graduated from the John Wiley Jones School of Business at SUNY Geneseo with a BS and received an MBA from LeMoyne College. Prior to joining SFA, he held positions of increasing responsibility with KeyCorp in its Real Estate Finance Department.

Damon serves as a board member for Asphalt Green and is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He and his family reside in Manhattan, and in his spare time he enjoys competing in triathlons.

Randi Fetner Sherman

Randi joined Sidney Fetner Associates in 1988. On a daily basis, Randi oversees all marketing initiatives both for Fetner Corporate and across all properties including print and digital advertising, SEO, SEM, on-site promotional events and social media.

Randi is also responsible for interior design for all Fetner properties – working with the architects and designers to hand pick finishes on all property lobbies, lounges, fitness centers, and apartments.

Randi graduated from American University with a BA in communications. She is involved in Jewish philanthropy, served on the board of her Manhattan Condo for 7 years, and is involved in political activism. In her free time, Randi enjoys traveling and exploring exotic locations with friends and family; playing practical jokes and watching films.

Chris Grant

Chris joined Fetner Properties in 2013. He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new acquisition and development opportunities, as well as development and asset management activities.

Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate and an MS in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises from Syracuse University. He served on the Young Alumni Advisory Council for the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. In his spare time Chris enjoys reading, learning, skiing and being outdoors.

Alex Fetner

Alex joined Fetner Properties in 2021. He helps lead the effort to source and evaluate new acquisition and development opportunities.

Prior to joining Fetner Properties, Alex was a Vice President at CBRE in the Investment Properties group. While there, Alex was instrumental in the execution of over $5B of transactions across the city. Alex joined CBRE from Eastdil Secured.

Alex is a member of the Real Estate Board of NY. He attended Cornell University, graduating with a major in Government and minor in Business. As an alumnus, Alex served as the Chair of his five-year reunion fundraising campaign and currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Cornell Young Alumni Philanthropy committee. Alex resides in Manhattan, and in his spare time enjoys golf, tennis, and reading.

Daniela Lucchetto

Daniela joined Fetner Properties in 2005 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Property Management. In this position, Daniela has overall responsibility for the success of the portfolio, including all aspects of property management. She collaborates closely with the executive team and departmental directors to develop and implement new strategies for residential services, building improvements, technological innovations and software integrations, marketing and leasing, employee performance, operational functionality, and cost control. While at Fetner Properties, she has worked towards achieving excellence in Fetner’s commitment to client services and encouraged a high level of staff ownership and achievement.

Prior to joining Fetner Properties, Daniela was District Manager at Related, responsible for a Manhattan portfolio of buildings including rentals, condominiums and affordable homes. Here, she owned resident relations, team development, financial management, operations and capital projects.

Daniela is a member of the Real Estate Board of NY and serves on the Residential Management Council. She attended the University of Pennsylvania and NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts — holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film. Prior to joining the Real Estate industry, she worked in the film industry for several years. Born and raised in NYC, she currently lives on the Upper West Side with her husband, three children, and their adorable Havenese dog. She enjoys spending time with her family and still pursues her creative side through photography, textile design, and culinary arts.

Daniel Seron

Daniel began his career in Real Estate with Fetner Properties in 2006 as an entry-level on-site leasing agent at The Victory. He was promoted to Leasing Manager at The Chesapeake, and in 2009, he was transferred to lead the leasing efforts at the company’s newest flag ship building, The Epic.

Daniel left Fetner in 2011 to grow and expand a family tortilla chip and salsa business in Colorado where he implemented much of his business knowledge and experience assembling an advisory board and investors to fund the business. Under his leadership of the family business, sales doubled and expansion tripled from one to three regions in the United States.

In 2013, Daniel returned to New York and ultimately decided his passion resided in Real Estate. He spearheaded a new lease-up project in Downtown Brooklyn for the Dermot Company. He then joined the Brodsky Organization as Associate Director of leasing, overseeing a portfolio of roughly 7,000 rental units across New York City. He was also involved in the leasing management of two new simultaneous lease-ups, City Tower and Enclave.

In 2016, Daniel rejoined Fetner Properties and now leads the residential leasing department as Associate Leasing Director managing all day-to-day and long term activities, goals, and leasing objectives while forecasting market changes and trends to stay ahead of competition. With the rest of the Fetner team, he helps create communities residents love and thrive in.

Daniel is caring and comedic, and blends his passion for people and Real Estate to create lasting relationships with friends, staff, and residents alike. When he is not at work, he loves to cook, read, socialize and spend time outside.

Eric Ricciardi

Eric joined Fetner is February 2017. His daily responsibilities include the day-to-day operations and oversight of finance, accounting, and human resources.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

In his free time, Eric enjoys international travel, films, cars, fitness, and sports (especially Villanova basketball!), and playing with his dog.

Evelyn Litardo

Evelyn joined Fetner in 2005. Her daily responsibilities include the overall compliance of 236 LIHTC units within three 80/20 residential buildings, overseeing the initial lease up progress, and ensuring all guidelines are met for initial and renewed leases.

Evelyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from City University of New York, City College and a Masters in Public Health from City University of New York, Hunter College.
